What types of FREE services will I receive without extra cost to your product price?

As part of the free service at Angel Safety Products our consultants will do a tour of your workplace and make recommendations for safety and first aid needs specific to your workplace.  They will check your first aid kit(s),  talk to your first aid attendants to see what type of injuries happen in your workplace and make a list of what is needed to meet WorkSafe BC requirements as well as products that will keep your minor injuries minor, reduce downtime due to injury and reduce your WorkSafe BC claims.  They will also provide product training to your employees so they know how to use the products.

Does Angel Safety Products provide product training?

Yes as part of Angel Safety Product’s FREE service we can show your employees how to use our products properly, whether it is a single employee or for your whole Health and Safety Committee.

What is the cauterizer used for?  It says single use on it, can I reuse it?

The cauterizer says single use because it is a surgical tool used in hospitals.  Anything with a batteries can not be autoclaved.  Our Clients are not using the cauterizer as a surgical tool - they are using its high heat tip to melt through a fingernail to release the blood caused from hitting the finger.  Releasing the blood stops the throbbing pain and prevents the nail dying.

Can I purchase first aid for myself, or do you only sell to business?

Angel Safety Products can supply all your first aid and safety supplies whether it is for business, personal, sports team, or school use.  We also do disaster preparedness kits for home, business or school.  Our favourite thing is to custom design your personal kit so you get what you need, not just a standard off the shelf kit.

One question we are asked all the time is “What is this 2% credit I have received?”

A 2% credit is applied to your account for purchases exceeding $200.00 made in a quarter.  The credit is done on the subtotal, before taxes and shipping.  Angel Safety also does a matching 2% to registered charities that help those less fortunate.  If your company does not use the credit within 12 months, the credit amount is removed from your account and goes to the charities.   This is Angel Safety Products way of giving back to our customers and helping the community at the same time.
